I am so honored to welcome you into my world!

My name is Kristina, I am an intuitive guide and mentor for women with big visions who are passionate and committed to their dreams.

My role is to help you create a safe space within yourself where you can heal, reclaim and embody your whole self - even the parts that you have discarded, hidden or rejected out of fear, shame or protection. 

Before you can truly step into embodiment, you must first be whole. 

To be truly embodied is to be present inside your body, anchored and grounded there.

There is a calmness about you, an integrated sense of peace emanates from the safety and security you feel inside that Temple of Wholeness that is your body.

To be embodied is to be so deliciously whole that you ooze magnetism from the overflow of love within… The magick of being whole manifests magnetism and embodiment that drawns in abundance and love effortlessly.

It is from that state of wholeness that you can activate the pillars of Sacred Feminine embodiment - Power, Passion, Purpose, and Presence.

This is my work. To hold space for the rebirth that will unearth a new level of your embodiment and drive.

The work we do together is fierce - I am fierce. To me, holding a powerful space means emotions, breakthroughs, blunt observation, loving guidance and laughter wherever we can fit it.
